- Every 30 minutes, subject to event traffic and road conditions.
Bring the transportation wristband or authorized credential required for boarding. Review your reservation’s rider eligibility and return instructions, and be at the designated return pickup location before service ends.

When should I arrive?
Use the arrival window for your chosen package, shown above and in your confirmation. Allow extra time for Classic traffic, check-in, and transportation. Your parking end time is not your last arrival time.
Does every package include transportation?
No. Look for “Parking + shuttle” in the package overview. Parade-only parking does not include game transportation. Boarding requires the applicable transportation credential.
Can I leave and come back?
Entry rules depend on your package. Review the entry rule and arrival windows shown above, then check the terms saved with your reservation before leaving the lot.
What if I need to cancel?
Review your reservation and the Terms & Conditions for eligibility; later cancellations are non-refundable except where required by law.
Can I change my reservation?
Contact Sully with your reservation reference before arrival if your plans or vehicle details change.
